For bike rental shops
Online booking for your bike rental
People looking for a rental bike want to see what is free and book on the spot, in their own language. With Rentaloop your shop gets a booking page under your brand, connected to your real fleet, and each request arrives ready for your team to confirm.
A booking page under your brand
Customers pick their dates, see bike types with photo and price, and can only request what is actually free. Prices follow your seasons, and extras are added to the total.
- Free bikes by type, size and dates, straight from the fleet
- Seasonal pricing and prices by number of days
- Your shop's pick-up and return hours
- Extras such as pedals, GPS, helmet and insurance
- Discount codes and loyalty by rental days
A booking button on your website
Add one line of code to your website and a button appears in the corner of the screen. The booking opens over your site, in the visitor's language, without them leaving your page. It works with WordPress, Wix, Squarespace or any other site, and your own buttons can open the booking too.
A deposit held on the card
If you want, customers leave a deposit on their card when they send the request, through Stripe. It is only charged when your team confirms the booking, and it goes straight to your shop's account.
Rentaloop takes no percentage of your bookings: you pay the monthly plan and Stripe's normal fees.
From request to bike on the road
The request arrives by email and in the system, with availability already checked. Your team confirms it and, on the day, does the check-out checklist on a phone and has the agreement signed on screen. Returning customers are recognised by their code and find their details already filled in.
In six languages
The booking page, the customer emails and the website button speak English, Italian, German, French, Spanish and Portuguese. Tourists book in their language, and your team works in yours.
Questions
- Does Rentaloop take a commission on bookings?
- No. You pay the monthly plan, from €49, and nothing on what you take. For online payments, only Stripe's fees, as in any shop.
- Do I need a website?
- No. The booking page has its own address that you can send on WhatsApp, put on Instagram or on your Google profile. If you have a website, the booking button brings the page inside it.
- Can a customer book a bike that is already rented?
- No. The page only shows what is free on the chosen dates, and the system checks again when it saves the request, so two customers never end up with the same bike.
